The hotel has a nice design and the staff is really helpful. They offer a great breakfast including scrambled eggs and Pad Thai, and the coffee available all day is delicious. the hotel is located within walking distance from local food markets and the Saturday market, making it a convenient location for exploring the city.

The rooms are quite small and cramped, and the mattress could be more comfortable. there were not many English TV channels available.

Spending Christmas at this modern and beautiful hotel was a great experience! the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included 6 warm and freshly served meal options. We also loved the fact that coffee, tea, water, fruits and sweets were available all day. the location was perfect, as we were within walking distance from food markets and the famous Saturday market.

Despite this, spending time in the pleasant lobby made up for the lack of space in the rooms.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the clean and modern rooms, everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an incredibly beautiful and well-designed reception area. We loved the breakfast, which offered a variety of freshly served meals, and the staff made the experience even better. The location was also great, with food markets and other attractions within walking distance. We were impressed by the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff could improve daily amenities such as comfort-level mattresses and fulfilling media content for their guests entertainment options.
